		<description>i am a lobbyist and want to thank you for writing a bit of sense around the subject. lobbying organisations often provide a sense of reality to the EU legislators who seem often to exist in some sort of Brussels Ivory Tower, bereft of any knowledge about how their legislation will impact on the real world (eg the Data Retention Directive)</description>
